William LaRosa is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

William received his J.D. magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Order of the Coif, Senior Editor for the University of Pennsylvania Law Review, and the recipient of the W. Foster Reeve III Prize for excellence in Trusts and Estates. He received his B.A. summa cum laude in Government and Law from Lafayette College where he was Phi Beta Kappa.

William is admitted to practice in the Southern District and Eastern District of New York.
