Wilfred T. Beaye, Jr. is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Wilfred received his J.D. from Harvard Law School where he was Executive Managing Editor for Solicited Content for the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review.  Wilfred received his B.A. magna cum laude from Temple University where he was Phi Beta Kappa and a recipient of the Neysa and Arlin Adams Prize for Excellence in Pre-Law studies. After law school, Wilfred clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit for Judge Joseph A. Greenaway Jr. and on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania for Judge Gerald A. McHugh.
