Bradley R. Wilson

Bradley R. Wilson is a partner in the Litigation Department of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. His practice focuses on litigation related to corporate transactions and proxy contests, as well as securities litigation, derivative actions, and other complex commercial litigations.

Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Wilson has worked on a number of high-profile litigations in the federal courts, the Delaware Court of Chancery, and elsewhere. Among other recent examples, Mr. Wilson had a significant role in the representation of Allergan in response to a hostile bid from Pershing Square and Valeant; of Sotheby’s in connection with a proxy contest involving Third Point; and of Wynn Resorts in litigation arising out of the redemption of a 19% shareholder.

Mr. Wilson received a B.S. degree in chemistry magna cum laude from Case Western Reserve University. He graduated from Cornell Law School summa cum laude and was a recipient of the Boardman Prize.

Following graduation from law school, Mr. Wilson served as a law clerk for the Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
