Emily Yeh is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Emily received her B.A. magna cum laude in History and Political Science from Columbia University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a recipient of the Joshua A. Feigenbaum Prize. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as an Articles Editor of the Yale Journal on Regulation and was awarded the Francis Wayland Prize for her work in the Community and Economic Development Clinic.
