Jason Andre is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Jason received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School and was a board member of the Harvard Law and Entrepreneurship Project. Jason received his B.S. summa cum laude in Public Relations from Syracuse University.

Prior to joining the Firm, Jason began his career in the United States Marine Corps, where he was an infantry officer. Jason served as a platoon commander on two deployments and attained the rank of Captain.
