Julia Bruce is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Julia received her J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the Order of Barristers, a Butler Scholar, and an Executive Editor of the Moot Court Board.  Julia also received the George P. Foulk Memorial Award for overall achievement, the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize for outstanding work in a clinic, and the Jeannie Forrest Women in Leadership Award.  Julia received her A.B. cum laude in Sociology with a secondary in Economics from Harvard University.

Prior to rejoining the firm, Julia was a law clerk for the Honorable Pierre N. Leval of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
