Warburg Pincus in its acquisition of K2 Insurance Services from Lee Equity Partners

On November 30, 2022, K2 Insurance Services, a leading independent specialty insurance program manager, announced that Warburg Pincus has agreed to acquire the company from Lee Equity Partners.
