Ricky Mason Elected Chair-Elect of Scouting America’s National Executive Board
Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is proud to announce that Ricky Mason, a long-time Partner and Chair in the Restructuring and Finance practice, has been elected Chair-Elect of Scouting America’s National Executive Board.
Mason has been a dedicated member of the board since 2023, significantly contributing to Scouting America’s mission of preparing young people for life. He is a Silver Buffalo honoree and a Distinguished Eagle Scout and has been a lifelong supporter of Scouting.
Brad Tilden, National Chair of Scouting America, commended Mason’s commitment and leadership and praised his election, highlighting his extensive experience and passion for youth development.
His term as National Chair will commence in May 2026.
