Benjamin Arfa Honored as a Winner of The M&A Advisor’s 16th Annual Emerging Leaders Award
Benjamin Arfa, a partner in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance practice, has been honored with The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award. This award recognizes outstanding young professionals who have demonstrated excellence and leadership within the industry.
Benjamin’s practice focuses on representing borrowers, creditors, sponsors, and distressed investors in connection with the financing aspects of all types of transformative corporate transactions. He also advises on a wide range of liability management, restructuring, bankruptcy, direct lending, rescue, debtor-in-possession (DIP), and other financing transactions.
His recent experience includes advising Abra in connection with GOL’s chapter 11 case, investors such as King Street and Centerbridge in liability management exercises and companies such as Broadcom, Salesforce and Charter on significant capital markets and M&A matters.
