Haeley Ahn is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Haeley received her J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was on the Submissions Team for the Harvard International Law Journal. She received her A.B. summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa in Near Eastern Studies from Princeton University.
