Ignyte Insurance Group in its definitive agreement to sell its collector car insurance division to Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company
On October 31, 2025, Ignyte Insurance Group, LLC, a global specialty insurance platform and portfolio company of the Carlyle Group, announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Collector Vehicle Division to Philadelphia Insurance Companies in a transaction valued at $615 million.
Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is serving as legal advisor to Carlyle and Ignyte Insurance Group.
