Kyle M. Diamond
Kyle M. Diamond is a Partner at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in the Corporate Department, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, takeover defense, shareholder activism, corporate governance and securities law matters. Kyle has represented numerous public and private entities in a variety of industries, jurisdictions and transactions, including domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, divestitures and spin-offs.
Kyle received a B.A. cum laude in Government from Dartmouth College in 2009. He received his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2017, where he was a James Kent Scholar and recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize. While at Columbia, Kyle also served as a Student Senator and as Senior Development Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.
