Sabrina Khan is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.  

She received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, cum laude, where she was Senior Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.  Sabrina received her B.A., summa cum laude from Georgetown University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
