Rod Ghods is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Rod received a B.A. with Distinction from the University of Michigan, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar. He received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where he was a recipient of the Dean’s Competing scholarship.
