Stephen D. Levandoski is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department. 

Stephen received his B.S. magna cum laude in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry and East Asian Studies from Yale University. He received his J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law, where he was a member of Order of the Coif, recipient of the Paul D. Kaufman Award and Managing Editor for the New York University Law Review.

After law school, Stephen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Julio M. Fuentes of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a law clerk to the Honorable Alvin K. Hellerstein of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
