Lucas Wozny is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Lucas Wozny received his B.A. in East Asian Languages and Literature, cum laude with distinction, from Yale University.  Lucas received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and Submissions Editor of the Columbia Business Law Review.

Lucas serves on the Board of Directors of the Polish Scouting Organization, Inc.
