Dixing Tang is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Executive Compensation and Benefits Department.

Dixing received her Bachelor of Economics from Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing, China. She received her J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, and her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law where she was an M. Carr Ferguson Scholar. After completing her LL.M., she served as a law clerk to Judge Robert A. Wherry Jr. and Judge Albert G. Lauber of the United States Tax Court.
