Emily Barreca is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Emily received her B.A. cum laude from Williams College with highest honors in Political Science. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal on Regulation and Forum & Features Editor of the Yale Law Journal.

Emily clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for the Hon. Stephen Higginson.
