Alison Brockman is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Alison received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an Editor and Online Chair of the Harvard Law Review.  She received her B.A. magna cum laude in Economics, Political Science, and International Studies from Northwestern University.

Alison rejoined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Katherine Polk Failla of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
