Alec Miller is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Alec completed his J.D., cum laude, at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Articles Editor for the Journal of Business Law, and his MBA at the Wharton School, where he was a Palmer Scholar.  He also received a B.S., cum laude, in Economics from the Wharton School and B.S., cum laude, in Systems Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining the firm, Alec worked as a value creation associate at Vector Capital and a consultant at Bain & Company.
