Alexander H. Sugerman
Alexander H. Sugerman is an Associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Alex received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize and the Richard J. Lipson and Paul S. Lipson Prize in Contracts, a James Kent Scholar, and the Senior Submissions Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review. He received his B.M., cum laude, from NYU Steinhardt School of Education.
