Angela K. Herring
Angela K. Herring is counsel in the Restructuring and Finance Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, reorganization, and commercial litigation.
Ms. Herring received a B.A. with high distinction from University of Michigan in 2008, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She completed a J.D. magna cum laude from New York University School of Law in 2011 where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and the senior notes editor of the New York University Law Review. She was also a recipient of the Weinfeld Prize for Scholarship in Procedure and the Courts. Following law school, Ms. Herring served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
