Amanda Toy is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Executive Compensation and Benefits department.

Amanda received a B.A. in Politics from Princeton University, where she was the recipient of the Caroline M. Picard Prize in Politics.  She received her JD, cum laude, from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, where she was Online Articles Editor of the Northwestern University Law Review.
