Anna M. D'Ginto
Anna D’Ginto is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Anna received her J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2019, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif and an Executive Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review. She received her B.A., with highest honors, in Economics and Political Science from Lehigh University in 2016 where she was an Eckardt Scholar and President of the Student Senate.
Prior to joining Wachtell Lipton, Anna served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael M. Baylson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
