Alana M. Thyng

Alana M. Thyng is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Alana graduated from Stanford Law School, where she served as Development Co-Chair of Women of Stanford Law and Teaching Assistant to Professor Michael Klausner.  She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Yale College, where she won the Walter Louis Ehrich Thesis Prize.

Prior to joining the Firm, Alana worked at Sotheby’s auction house in New York.
