Allison Rabkin Golden
Allison Rabkin Golden is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.
Allison received her B.A. summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Yale University and began her career as a Fulbright Scholar. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was a Senior Editor of the Yale Law Journal, Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Law & Policy Review, and Chief Speechwriter for the Dean of Yale Law School.
Prior to law school, Allison worked at Kleiner Perkins and Morgan Stanley. After law school, she worked at the White House and on the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court.
