Amy Weintraub is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Amy received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where she was Submissions Co-Editor of the Harvard Negotiation Law Review.  She received a B.A., with honors, in Psychology and Film Studies from Vassar College.

After law school, Amy clerked on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit for the Honorable Amalya L. Kearse.
