Audrey Cho is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Audrey received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School and her B.A., with honors, in History and French and Francophone Studies from Brown University, where she was the recipient of the Greenburg Prize. Audrey is native in Korean.
