Brittany Brady is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Brittany received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize, a James Kent Scholar, a Hamilton Fellow, and a member of the Columbia Business Law Review.  She received her B.A. cum laude in Public Policy from Duke University.
