Benjamin (Ben) Nickerson is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Ben received his J.D., with Honors, from The University of Chicago Law School, where he was the recipient of the Douglas Baird Prize in Commercial Law and Managing Editor for The University of Chicago Law Review. Ben was also a member of the Doctoroff Business Leadership Program and Abrams Environmental Law Clinic. He received his B.A. in Economics from The University of Chicago, where he graduated with General Honors.

Prior to law school, Ben was an analyst at Cornerstone Research in New York.
