Ben M. Germana
Ben M. Germana has been a member of the litigation department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz since 1992, a partner from 1999 to 2023, and now is Of Counsel.
Ben has been involved in multiple landmark matters, including the World Trade Center insurance coverage litigation against two dozen carriers arising out of the events of September 11; the lawsuits brought by state, local, and foreign governments against the tobacco industry; the billion-dollar-plus avoidance action stemming from the General Motors bankruptcy; and New York City’s global warming lawsuit against members of the oil industry.
