Ben M. Germana
Ben M. Germana has been a partner in the Litigation Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz since 1999. His practice includes complex commercial litigation, insurance and reinsurance matters and international matters.
Mr. Germana joined the firm in 1992, after clerking for the Honorable Dolores K. Sloviter, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from 1991 – 1992.
Mr. Germana received a B.S. summa cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1989 and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 1991, where he was a senior editor of the Columbia Law Review.
