Bryan R. Mendiola is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department. 

Bryan received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Journal of National Security Law & Policy.  He received his B.A. in Political Economy with a Minor in Performing Arts from Georgetown University. Prior to and throughout law school, Bryan worked at IBM and TEKsystems Global Services, where he consulted for public and private sector clients across various industries.

Bryan is fluent in Spanish.
