Beatrice R. Pollard

Beatrice R. Pollard is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Beatrice received her J.D. from Yale Law School where she co-founded the Technology Accountability & Competition Clinic. She also served as a Coker Fellow in Constitutional Law under Professor Bill Eskridge.  Beatrice received her B.S., cum laude, in Psychology and her B.A. in Sociology from the University of Georgia. Prior to attending law school, Beatrice worked as a policy advisor for Senate Majority Leader, Charles E. Schumer.
