Benedikte Westergren Hendel is a visiting attorney in the Litigation Department at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.

Benedikte received both her LL.M. and LL.B. from the University of Copenhagen and is admitted to the Danish Bar. Prior to joining the firm, she worked in the litigation department at Gorrissen Federspiel in Denmark, where she focused on international arbitration within the Dispute Resolution team.
