Benjamin (Ben) W.J. Nadolsky is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Ben received his J.D. cum laude from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, where he was the Online Editor for Journal of Business Law. He received his MBA with honors from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He received his B.A. in Global Affairs and History from Yale University.

Prior to law school, Ben was a teacher in Nashville, TN, where he taught high school Latin and computer science.
