Catherine Ambos is a visiting attorney in the Corporate Department at Wachtell Lipton.

Prior to joining Wachtell, Catherine worked as an Associate in the Corporate/M&A Department at Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier, one of the leading law firms in France. She specializes in private and publicly-listed companies on different subjects such as mergers and acquisitions, takeovers and corporate governance matters.

Catherine received her Master II in Business Law from  Panthéon-Assas University and her Specialized Master in Law and International Management from HEC Paris.
