Charlene C. Hong
Charlene C. Hong is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.
Charlene received her J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School, where she was an Articles Editor for the Cornell Law Review, Chancellor of the Cornell Law School Moot Court Board, and a recipient of the Kasowitz Prize for excellence in legal writing and oral advocacy. She was also the winner of the 2021 Langfan Family Moot Court Competition. Charlene received her B.A., cum laude, in Social Studies from Harvard.
Prior to re-joining the firm, Charlene served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jeannette A. Vargas of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Before law school, Charlene worked as a senior associate at a financial services strategy consulting firm
