Charles C. See
Charles See is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Department.
Charles received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received a Dean’s Commendation for academic excellence. He was also a member of the Columbia Law Review. Charles received a B.S. in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
Following law school, Charles served as a law clerk to the Honorable Paul B. Matey of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before law school, he worked as an investment banking analyst and associate at Credit Suisse.
