Cesar E. Garcia is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Cesar received his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.  He received his B.A. magna cum laude in Economics and Political Science from Boston College.  Prior to attending law school, Cesar worked in corporate communications at Citi and Brunswick Group.
