Carolyn E. Liziewski is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton Rosen & Katz’s Tax Department.

Carolyn received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar, a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Business Law Review.

She received her A.B., cum laude, in Politics from Princeton University, where she was awarded the Harold Willis Dodds Achievement Prize.
