Charlotte Watts is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Charlotte received her J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School. She holds her A.B. magna cum laude from Harvard University in History with a Secondary in Computer Science, where she was the recipient of the David Herbert Donald Prize for Excellence in American History and a Center for History and Economics Undergraduate Prize Studentship.
