Cosimo L. Fabrizio is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz’s Corporate Department.

Cosimo received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he received the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership and served as a Senior Editor and Columnist for the Harvard Business Law Review as well as on the Submissions Committee for the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology. He earned his B.A. in Economics & Government from Cornell University, where he was named a Truman Scholar. Cosimo is a member of the Board of Directors of Jazz at Lincoln Center.
