Charlotte Witherspoon is an associate in Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz’s Litigation Department.

Charlotte received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she served as chair of Yale Law Women+  and was Co‑Editor‑in‑Chief of the Yale Journal of Law and Feminism.  She received her B.S.F.S. magna cum laude in International Economics from the Walsh School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.

Before law school, Charlotte was an economic consultant at Cornerstone Research.
