Charles Rosenthal is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Charlie received a B.A., magna cum laude, in History from Carleton College. He received his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was Editor-in-Chief of The Regulatory Review and Associate Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law.
