Camila O. Nishi is a visiting attorney in the Corporate Department at Wachtell Lipton.

Prior to joining the firm, Camila worked in the Corporate/M&A and Corporate Advisory departments of the law firm Pinheiro Neto Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil. She has significant experience advising local and multinational clients, acting both as buyer’s and seller’s counsel in deals of various market segments including retail, industry, financial, private equity and energy. She is admitted to the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association.

Camila received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, both her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws in Corporate Law from Universidade de São Paulo, and her LL.M in Corporate Governance & Practice from Stanford Law School.
