Connie S. Guo is an Associate in Wachtell, Lipton Rosen & Katz’s Restructuring and Finance Department.

Connie received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she graduated with High Honors and Honors. She also served as a Senior Editor for the Columbia Law Review. Connie received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Chicago in Economics, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Before joining the firm, Connie was an analyst at Goldman Sachs.
