Claire Y. Yang is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Corporate Department.

Claire received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center where she was an Executive Editor of The Georgetown Law Journal and a member of the Order of the Coif. Claire received her B.S., magna cum laude, in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University’s College of Engineering where she was a member of Tau Beta Pi.

Prior to joining the firm, Claire worked in investment banking and private equity.
