David Papirnik is an associate in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

David received his J.D. from Stanford Law School, where he was a Notes Editor of the Stanford Law Review and received class prizes for outstanding performance in academic and clinical coursework.  He received his B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, where he was elected Phi Beta Kappa.

Prior to joining the firm, David clerked on the Delaware Court of Chancery for Vice Chancellor Lori W. Will.
