Deborah A. Sparks is a law clerk in Wachtell Lipton’s Litigation Department.

Deb received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a recipient of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Prize, a James Kent Scholar, and the Executive Managing Editor of the Columbia Law Review. She received her B.S. in International Politics from Georgetown University.
