Dianna Chen is Counsel in the Real Estate M&A group at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. She advises clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of multi-state portfolios of real estate assets and on development projects, joint ventures, REIT transactions and private equity investments.
